Private sessions are tailored to your personal needs and goals - whether you're looking to cultivate more calm through breathwork and meditation, refine your yoga practice with personalized guidance, or build strength, mobility, and confidence in your body.
Working 1:1 allows us to move at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and create a practice that truly supports your body, mind, and well-being.

What Private Sessions May Include

• Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and build awareness of the breath
• Personalized yoga sequences to build strength, mobility, and stability
• Alignment guidance and supportive feedback to refine your practice
• Mobility and functional movement to support longevity in the body
• Meditation and grounding practices for clarity and calm
• Inversion preparation and playful drills to build strength, confidence, and body awareness (handstand, headstand, forearm stand, and more)
• Somatic release through guided dance and expressive movement to move energy and reconnect with the body
• Space for questions, exploration, and deeper understanding of your practice
