Breath is the bridge between body and mind.
Through conscious breathing practices, we regulate the nervous system, increase energy, and create space within. Breathwork helps us release stagnant energy, sharpen focus, and reconnect to the rhythm already alive inside of us.

Every breath you take is a dance on a cellular level: lungs expanding, ribs widening, cells exchanging, energy shifting. A quiet unfolding beneath the surface.

  • Somatical is a curated, on-demand movement library by Lulu Soni, designed to support your body through every season and state. It brings together yoga, somatic movement, dance, breathwork, meditation, and strength-based practices, offering a space to move energy, deepen awareness, and return to yourself.

  • Somatical is not therapy - but it can be therapeutic.

    Through movement, breath, and stillness, these practices support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.

    While these practices can be deeply supportive and regulating, they are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care. If you’re navigating something that requires additional support, working with a qualified professional is always encouraged.

  • Your membership includes unlimited access to the full Somatical library - spanning dynamic flows, restorative practices, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, strength, and mobility.

    New classes are added weekly, alongside curated collections and a live weekly class with replay.

  • Yes, 100%! Somatical is designed to meet you where you are. There’s a range of classes from slower, foundational practices to more dynamic, advanced flows. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and follow what feels right in your body. Modifications will always be given, as well as a variety of ways to approach building your practice.

  • A mat is recommended, but you can absolutely practice without one. Suggested props are yoga blocks, a blanket, yoga strap, pillows or yoga bolster. If you don’t have any of those - all good, get creative with what you’ve got.

  • Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Annual memberships renew once per year and can be managed in your account settings within Arketa.
