Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Somatical, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, intentional experience. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below. Cancel anytime. No refunds for past charges.

Subscriptions

Somatical offers recurring subscription plans (monthly and annual), which provide ongoing access to the Services.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

You will retain access to the Services for the remainder of the time you have already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

Because you receive immediate access to digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

• Partial subscription periods

• Unused time

• Failure to cancel before renewal

• Change of mind

Free Trials (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• You will not be charged until the trial period ends

• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged

• If not canceled, your subscription will automatically begin and be billed accordingly

Billing & Payment Responsibility

By subscribing, you authorize Lulu Soni Yoga LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your billing information up to date

• Managing your subscription and cancellation timing

We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion. Any such decisions do not establish a precedent or obligation to provide refunds in the future.
